Test Shoots
Buick Riviera
This is the first test shoot with one of the classic cars. The shoot went really well, I manage to get a good variety of shots from outside to inside the car. I shot anything from the engine to the badges to seatbelts. Overall the shoot wasn't that long as the owner helped out a lot by pointing out things that modern cars don't have anymore or that people might not notice much.

For this shoot I did a easy retouching without an vintage presets or tried to make it look old or something similar to the vintages car posters.
I went on to look for vintage presets to use for these classic cars I want to shoot. I manged to find a few that look good and match the car and the shot of car. Some have this orange look to it. Whiles others are faded but close to the images above without any preset. I think the presets work really well with inside shots of the car than the outside. Because it makes the wood pop a little bit more. Plus the shadows are not that dark they this smooth look to where you can almost see what it is.
Joe Macari (Car showroom)
When I was doing first test shoot I wasn't that far from a car showroom with classic cars. I took my chance and grab a few photos to use for the book if I have blank spaces to fill in. I walked around the showroom and saw that what grabbed my eye and shot it.
Again, as I said above the presets work really well on interior shots than the outside of the car. I think this could be that there's not a lot of light coming into the car so it make it brighter and pop when its wood interior. I really like that on the 2nd and 3rd photo I didn't lose the yellow of the Ferrari logo which I think is crucial. These presets I have on the inside make the interior a lot more interesting just cause it's bright and you can see every detail of the dash.
